“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
The closer we move toward God and the more we accept the truth that God has for us, the more Satan will fight. God has given us a tool box full of weapons which include faith, righteousness, praise, worship, thanksgiving and prayer. All of these weapons are to be found in one tool box, the Word of God. There are some cases when we need more to defeat Satan. At these times we need to use our testimony. “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore rejoice O heaven and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” (Revelation 12:11-12) The greatest weapon we have is our testimony. Telling what God is doing for us and in our life. I cannot praise God enough for all the blessings He is giving us. God wants to move in our lives and all we have to do is allow Him into our lives and give Him full control.
“Our Lord knows the raging of Satan, and I must truly believe He will act. He will bring us through floods and fires, and put to chase all spiritual enemies. Here is God’s Word concerning what He will do: “Because of your rage against me…and it has come to my ears, therefore I will put a hook in your nose, and my bridle in your lips, and I will turn you back by the way you came.” (Isaiah 37:29)
